Where’s the best Outdoor Adventure Festival in the Midwest?
Right in Dayton, Ohio, home of Huffy! More than 25,000 people, and tons of dogs, gather over two days for Outdoor Experience (“OutdoorX”). The event is held at Eastwood Park, one of the largest parks in Dayton’s MetroPark system. OutdoorX is filled with adventure activities for every age and aspiration.
Seasoned adventurers demonstrate high-wire slacklining, fishing, whitewater surfing - you name it. The real attraction of OutdoorX is the “Try It” option at the no-cost event. Are you itching to try wall climbing? Kayaking, disc golf, or slacklining? No problem – it’s all ready to go. Of course, no worries if you prefer to chill; great music, food, and beverages are available at the event.
Huffy has been a staple at OutdoorX for several years, giving us a front row seat to all the fun. We were proud to be the Presenting Sponsor of the 2022 festival, where the Huffy tent was a popular spot. More than 2,000 people took test rides on Huffy electric bikes – and for many, this was their first time riding an E-bike. (Lots of people came back to ride again!) The line was especially long to check out the Huffy CR8-R. It is just so. much. fun.
Younger ones had a blast taking rides on BMX bikes and scooters. And of course, visitors of all ages left with ideas of new “toys” they had to have. (If you’ve taken a ride on an e-bike, you get it!)
